I’m thrilled to announce that my student Joya Tjitrahadi has been awarded the Dux Artium WA award from the Australian Guild of Music & Speech (AGMS) for earning the top score at the top level out of all the WA candidates in 2023. 
She completed the Professional Performance Diploma in Electronic Organ, an Associate-level degree.
We weren’t able to make it over to Brisbane for the award ceremony last month, so the awards have been posted to me. I received the Top Teacher Award. I caught up with Joya this morning to pass on her awards.
Joya is currently in her final year of a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Western Australia, majoring in Electronic Music and Sound Design.
